Baby Shopping!

I'm definitely starting to get into the nesting phase. I'm at the point where I want everything to be ready now, even thought I still have almost four more months! I gave a lot away to a friend who was having a baby. I really thought I was done and now I regret it! Oh well, it was for a good cause. She was very young and newlywed. Here are a few things I've gotten. I just need a stroller/car seat combo and I'll be all set... oh, and diapers too!! Need lots of diapers! :)

I have the crib, swing, high chair. I don't have a changing table, but I do have Bradley's old one that's now being used as a dresser that I could use. Or I can just use his crib for now, and decide later if I really need one. I'm definitely nesting. I'm getting a little obsessed! :) Well, I'm still stitching on Summer Jubilee. Not much progress... A little more progress...

I haven't been stitching much lately. I had to work an extra day this week, and I've worked pretty much all mid-shifts, which just ruin my whole day. Can't do much before or after work. So when I am off I'm usually lying in bed reading or watching TV. I just got off work and hubby is snoring up a storm! It's so funny - I wish I had a tape recorder! So since he's not waking up anytime soon I thought I'd read my blogs and BB's and update my blog. I think I'm getting a cold. This will be the 4th or 5th cold I've had since becoming pregnant. It's just such a joy!! Anyway, here's my progress pic of Summer Jubilee...

Started a new project...

I decided to look through my leaflets and decided to start Summer Jubilee by Blackbird designs. I couldn't find a decent picture of it on the internet, so I took a pic. with my camera. It's not so great either. I have come to the conclusion I need a better camera!! Here's my pics...

I have been wanting to go to a cross stitch shop lately just to look at all the new designs. I feel so guilty though because I was so consumed with knitting I haven't been to my LNS in over a year and a half!! I wonder what they would say if I walked in??? I just don't know if I could face them!! Isn't it silly! There is a new shop in the Atlanta area The Needlework House. Maybe I'll check them out one of these days. It is a drive from my house though! Anyway, not much else going on. I got some cute baby clothes at Carter's today. I've mainly been buying onesies because it will be so hot when he's born!! Write more later!

Well not much else... just being pretty lazy today. I didn't get much sleep this weekend because my mom had a stomach bug. She usually watches the kids when I work nights so I can sleep in. I didn't realize how spoiled I had gotten! :) Write more later!

It's a BOY!

I had a feeling it would be another boy! We are so happy and excited! I can't wait to see him and hold him now! Only about 19 more weeks!! :)

Finished Cross Stitch!

I haven't been doing much knitting at all lately! But I did finish up a cross stitch piece I started a while ago...

Now I'm trying to think of what I want to do next! :) I'm 20 weeks pregnant today... 1/2 way there! I go Saturday for my ultrasound and hopefully will find out what I'm having! He or She she has been wiggling and kicking quite a bit lately! That's the best part about being pregnant for me! :) Write more soon!
