A little start on House #2

Well, I decided to neglect the rotation for one more day. I got a start on house #2 yesterday. I would've got more done, but I realized I used the wrong green for the grassy area.

Aren't those threads pretty? Not very springy, or summery now, but I like them. Well, one thing about my dh being away is I'm getting a lot more stitching done. :) But now I'd better get some work done! Write later! :)

    Oh Nicole your stitching is just absolutely beautiful! Wow you have made so much progress since I have been in! I think it is so neat how your channel your energy into stitching! I am working on something for my LNS that I am not interested in, but still I keep on going! I am going to stitch a house for a round robin that I am in and that should be fun. I love the colors all displayed too! I love watching your progress! I can hardly wait till LHN comes out with Garden Pleasures! That is a must have for me! Debby

    Is that all DMC thread? What are those ring things you are using? I’ve never seen those before. I do like the colors. Great start on house #2! Amazing how much stitching gets done when hubby goes huh? LOL!!

    They are gorgeous! I also love the Bellemeade silks on the top of your blog :-). My DH has been gone since March, he comes home most weekends and I've visited him a few times but it's not fun. You'll have to tell me your secret, I am not getting much more stitching done at all.
