I'm thinking of starting this new thread pack tonight. I'm so in love with Belle Soie silks! :) I just can't believe how soft and luxurious they are! I know I sound like a broken record, but they really are. If you haven't tried them yet, you really must! :)
I've been stitching away on Curly Q, but it's a lot of boring green right now. I need to hurry up and get to some of the purple! Well, baby is crying. He's not wanting to go to sleep! Write later!
I agree, Nicole, they are sooo very nice.
ReplyDeleteI almost picked up that thread pack up a few days ago! I completely agree about the Belle Soie. Sharon's silks are just yummy! I'm using them on the LHN Spring Sampler. :)
ReplyDeleteI've never used the Belle Soie silks. Do I need to get addicted to another fiber? It sounds like it!
ReplyDeleteI say go for it! I haven't tried the silks yet, but the colors are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThat is a cute design. Matthew is so cute, aren't they adorable when they are sleeping? Glad that you had a good time in your break.
ReplyDeleteI also used Belle Soie for the first time just recently to stitch "My Kindred Spirits" and couldn't believe how soft they were :-) I completely understand how you feel! Matthew is so adorable - I miss snuggling with babies now that my kids are all in school:-(
ReplyDeleteI've never used them but they look lovely. I definitely think you should start it :o)
ReplyDeleteI just picked up that chart pack this past weekend. Love the silks. I am doing a design model for the LNS designer using those silks.
ReplyDeleteI am waiting for the third one in this coffee series and then I am going to do them all on the same piece of fabric. Probably up and down.
Oh no!!!! Now I'm going to have you watch you finish this one too!!!!!
ReplyDeleteARGHHHH! :)
I've just discovered your blog and I'd like to make major compliments to your work: I've spend nice moments in watching at your photos.
ReplyDeleteYour boys are such cuties, Nicole! :)
ReplyDeleteYou're more than welcome to link my SB finish, thank you for your sweet comments.
Your blog is one of my favourites. I know I've been awful with comments this year (on ALL blogs), but I do love catching up on your news and beautiful projects - I'm always thrilled when i see an update. :)
BTW, can't wait to see more progress on Curly Q (I have this in my stash too).
