Something New and Different!

I needed a change from Christmas stitching. I needed something new for the New Year! I was looking through my stash and came across "Hanky Pysanky" by Ink Circles, which I had all kitted up. I decided that this was just what I needed! I got a little start on it last night and I'm loving it so far! I'm doing the pink version, but I bet it would be very pretty in the rainbow version too.

The black Belfast was a little hard to see at first, but I'm getting used to it now. Well, Matthew is fussing, so I'd better go! Write later! :)

Lucky you, I never could deal with black fabrics, even when I was your age!

  5. That is really pretty!! I have never done any of those, but this one looks like it would be fun to do and something different than the ones you and I have been doing! Sometimes you just need a change to get you back in the stitching mood. I did a wizard for my DH on black fabric and it took some time, but my eyes got used to it. That was on aida cloth back then, and since then I only do on linen thanks to my mag light. I am gonna love watching your progress!! Enjoy this!! Debby :)
