My Little House Neighborhood Start

I got started on LH Neighborhood yesterday. So far I'm just working on the border, but I am liking it! :)

My start on Little House Neighborhood
"Little House Neighborhood" - 32 ct. Vintage Examplar using DMC threads

Well, I'm going to get back to stitching! Write later! :)

  2. Alright, Miss Nicole. Why do your pictures never look wrinkled??? :) Do you iron them before you snap? Heh.

  5. Thinking back, and now looking back, at my comment... I realize I should probably clarify as it was intended as a huge compliment.

I often look in awe at your photos because not only does the stitching look absolutely perfect, but the fabric always looks immaculate. It's as if your work appears out of nowhere, bit by bit, in stark contrast to my telltale working in hand wrinkles. =)

You're inspiring me not only in project choice, but also in staging.

  6. Hey Nicole, I was wondering if I could advertise the LHN SAL blog on my personal blog saying if people want to participate that they can contact you?

  7. I love the border already, too! (I'm a huge border addict ;-)) The lizzie kate christmas border is really, really tempting. It's such a cute project. I couldn't take my eyes off of the little pie that you just finished. It's so pretty - the white border looks like sprinkles of powdered sugar. Yum!

  8. Wendy, LOL! Yes, I do iron them before I take a picture. I have one of those press irons and just pop it in there for 10 seconds. Makes life so easy!! :)

  9. Great start Nicole.

Do you make those lovely scissor fobs yourself? If so, where do you get the lobster claw and needle threader fittings?
