The quick finish is Lizzie Kate's "Santa Wants to Know." I started it last night and finished it today and actually finished it into a cube-it today. I think it turned out pretty cute!
Lizzie Kate "Santa Wants to Know"

These cubes are so easy and are so good for me because there is NO sewing involved!! I used this tutorial for the cube. Here's a picture of the three Christmas Lizzie Kates I've finished recently...
Lovely finishes Nicole! I also love the 2 SB kits that you just received. I have had my eye on Glad Tidings for awhile now...may have to break down and get it soon! (Hmmm, this enabling thing works both ways!)
ReplyDeleteGreat stash and beautiful fabric to go along with your kits.
ReplyDeleteI ADORE your cube finish - it's perfect! I'm curious to know how you finished it with no sewing - that sounds like my kind of finish.
Hi Indystitch! Thank you for your very kind comment. I added the tutorial link to my post.
ReplyDeleteNicole :)
Beautiful stuff as always, Nicole! I love using the cube finish, too, after finding it on Hannah's website. It's wonderful.
ReplyDeleteDoes SB give the name of that fabric in Glad Tidings? It's gorgeous!
Your finishes are all lovely, Nicole!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to receiving an order from DSL myself in the next couple of days!
Your Lizzie*Kates look great. I am going to try making a cube later this week for the first time. I hope it comes out nice since it's going to be a Christmas present...
ReplyDeleteNo sewing?; well, that's what I need :-) I love your three LK and your new stuff.
ReplyDeleteNicole, I love these two SB kits! Great choices. I think these will go in my New Year's stash buy.

Great finish...and I'm so proud of you for your finishing lately! All three LKs look wonderful displayed together...Great job!
ReplyDeleteI like that new SB too...it's definitely on the Wish List. I finished Queen Bee earlier this year...I love the crown! I say that us moms of all boys deserve all the "queen" stash we can get :)
Great new stash! and your finishes are sooo pretty:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the tutorial!
Those look great! I've never tried that finishing style. I think I'll have to give it a go.
