I stitched a little bit more on Kind Fond Love (no frogs) and then the mail came! I couldn't resist starting this new LHN pattern "In the Beginning." I thought I would stitch it on Sundays because I don't have anything to stitch on Sea to Shining Sea right now.
I'm stitching it on 36 ct. Flax Edinburgh using the recommended DMC threads (1 over 2). I plan to get back to Titania today. I'd like to get some more leaves stitched and then after that it will be on to the wings (lots of metallics - fun!). Write later! :)
Nice start! I'm looking forward to see the progress on it!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful as always!
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe that you have that much stitched already! Your needle must be on fire! LOL
ReplyDeleteGreat progress, Nicole. I always enjoy checking out your work.
Great start, Nicole! Glad to hear the frogs stayed away on KFL!
ReplyDeleteNicole, I've been meaning to ask you for some time now....do you stitch in hand or on q-snaps? I noticed that your projects are always pristine, i.e., no wrinkles, and that you don't have any edging? How do you keep the linen from unraveling? Beautiful start and I love watching your rotation in progress!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a cute project! I love your start on it! It is soomething I am going to want to get. So beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt's off to a beautiful start.
ReplyDeleteWonderful start!!!!! It's amazing how much you've done already!!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, Nicole, I'm just noticing your With My Needle! That's in my to-do-someday pile, which is growing longer each minute. I'm excited to watch your progress so I'll become more inspired to stitch. Nice job with the rotation.
ReplyDeleteVery nice start. This is such a pretty piece!
