I stitched a little bit more on Kind Fond Love (no frogs) and then the mail came! I couldn't resist starting this new LHN pattern "In the Beginning." I thought I would stitch it on Sundays because I don't have anything to stitch on Sea to Shining Sea right now.

LHN "In the Beginning"

I'm stitching it on 36 ct. Flax Edinburgh using the recommended DMC threads (1 over 2). I plan to get back to Titania today. I'd like to get some more leaves stitched and then after that it will be on to the wings (lots of metallics - fun!). Write later! :)

  4. Nicole, I've been meaning to ask you for some time now....do you stitch in hand or on q-snaps? I noticed that your projects are always pristine, i.e., no wrinkles, and that you don't have any edging? How do you keep the linen from unraveling? Beautiful start and I love watching your rotation in progress!

  8. Oh, Nicole, I'm just noticing your With My Needle! That's in my to-do-someday pile, which is growing longer each minute. I'm excited to watch your progress so I'll become more inspired to stitch. Nice job with the rotation.
