I got just a little more stitched on QC yesterday. I finally got to stitch a little yellow! That was a thrill - let me tell ya! :)
I was planning on starting Primitive Needle's "ABC Hornbook" today since I finished "Simply Live" last week, but I haven't gotten the fabric for it yet from Silkweaver. So I was thinking of starting Primitive Needle's "Earth Sampler" instead.
I'm thinking of going with this 40 ct. linen I dyed a while ago. It sort of looks like the linen that they used for the model. Well, nothing else going on here - just hanging out with Matthew. He's being such a good boy, maybe he'll even let mommy stitch today?? :) Write later!
QC is amazing! All your stitching is wonderful, but QC just blows me away!

ReplyDeleteI love your Quaker Christmas and I know what you mean when you can add another thread color! I am going to stitch a tulip and hopefully get another motif going on my Quaker Virtues! It is really fun to stitch on. The goats have kept me busy but today they are starting on solid food, hip hip horray! Now maybe I can get more stitching done today!
ReplyDeleteQC is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI'm just reading and your blog and it is so nice. Love to see your projects. I will comment and tell you that your colors for QC are absolutely gorgous. I did this one last year but used the colors called for in the pattern but I like yours better! It took me about 9 months to get that one done but so worth it.
