Yay! Blogger is back! It's amazing how much you miss something when it's gone!
And here is June and July together...
July will be for my mom. When I first saw it I immediately thought of her, and it worked out that her birthday is in July. Not sure what made me think of her....
My mom's house - can you tell she likes gray and white?? :) Here is the whole thing....
Well, I'm going to be taking a little blogging break. Things are going to busy for a little while (end of school craziness and we are planning to go to Florida again once school is out). Just thought I'd let you all know it might be awhile until I can post again. I'm also going to be busy working on my Prairie Schooler RR. I'm determined to get the pieces finished before our get together at the French Hens in Manning.
Your mom's house is lovely! And so is the stitching :)
ReplyDeleteGreat progress on your AotH! Your mom's house is beautiful! Love those bookcases.
ReplyDeleteAoTH is looking wonderful Nicole and your Mom's house is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLove it, and thanks especially for sharing the pic of your mom's--it's gorgeous! So lovely and restful! :D
ReplyDeleteBut, still I have no idea why the swan block reminds you of her. ;)

ReplyDeleteHi Nicole - I'm just looking at your lovely work. Go over to Katrina's blog at the Needles Promise. She just finished this one and told a story about each block.

Wow, what a beautiful home!
ReplyDeleteHi, Nicole!
ReplyDeleteYour blog is very interesting.
I am one of your followers:)))
And I'd like to ask you about your Shores of Hawk Run Hollow.
Did you use treads like in the originale key or you changed it by your choise?
I am not sure about treads 152/522 NPS. They look more grey than on your picture...

(sorry for my terrible English)
It's fantastic Nicole - really coming together. I'm so far behind in blog reading I didn't even know Blogger had been down LOL. Your mom has a lovely house and taste. You must've inherited it!
ReplyDeleteAwesome AoTH progress! Don't know how I've missed your posts - timing, I guess. Your mom's house is wonderful. I love the leaded glass book cases.
