Noro Silk Garden #86 and Cascade Lana D'oro Tweed #7619
One of the models I stitched for one of my very favorite designers has been revealed. Click the link and scroll down to see it! :) I had so much fun stitching this design for Paulette! It's also in the latest newsletter from the Attic. I can't wait for you all to see the other one I stitched (I think it will be released in November).
Myrtle Beach Pals Convention is less than a week away now! I can't wait. It will be so nice to see old friends and meet new ones like Paulette and Tanya! I'm so excited that they could both make it.
Maybe going to the retreat will be just what you need. I know I always get such a boost when I'm with other stitchers. Can't wait to hear all about it!
ReplyDeleteYour stitching on the model is just awesome. Love the scarf too. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the mention of the Donnelly books. I read Tea Rose ages ago and loved it! Didn't know there were more! Going to go to the library.
ReplyDeleteLove the scarf. Don't worry...your stitching mojo will come back soon. Maybe you need fun colors? That helps me sometimes.
Maybe all the model stitching is tiring you out? :D You do such a good job with it though! Love the scarf -- great colors! Hope you have fun at PALS!
ReplyDeleteThe scarf looks fantastic... love the colors.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the Pals Convention. Maybe that will be the spark that ignites your stitching mojo once again.
Beautiful scarf! You might just need a vacation from stitching for a while, am sure your MB Trip will renew your mojo!

ReplyDeleteI've sorta been in the same boat Nicole....but I bet all those stitchy sisters will inspire you to whip your needle out ;)
ReplyDeleteSo sorry that you've hit a stitching slump. Your scarf is lovely though and you'll be glad to have it done to ward off the chill :)
ReplyDeleteSorry about the slump. You did inspire me to do Rubie Owl after seeing yours. Thanks, I loved that piece. The scarf is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous scarf with luscious colors! I think most stitchers go through slumps. Mine was 25 years!
