Loved your video and quilt progress. I was first a quilter and in the last couple of years have progressed into cross stitch but I do still love my quilting. I find hand quilting easier at the moment. Whilst tedious - the methodical cutting (with scissors) and sewing the tiny pieces together is extremely relaxing. I also find hand quilting as my preference however if I'm making a quilt for a baby I do quilt with straight lines. I tried a free motion class but am yet to pluck up the courage to do it on a quilt - that was ten years ago too. lol. thanks for sharing your quilting journey. I'm sure you've inspired many. The fabrics are addictive and I have way too many and so many quilts kitted up I'll never finish them but I love knowing they are there. The word 'boredom' is not in my repertoire. Thanks again.
